Shipping

We ship all items using USPS. We currently ship to USA and Canada. Please reach out if you would require shipping elsewhere.

We generally ship within 2 business days, unless contacted and other terms are agreed upon. You will receive an email with your tracking number.  We will use the address that you have listed at checkout We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.

Returns

All refunds and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

No refunds can be issued for orders delayed (either shipping cost or merchandise value) due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect Carolyn K. Designs or any of our carriers. Thank you for understanding.
